The "Glorious Youth" sales center is located in an advantageous geographical location, near the airport, along the river as the golden zone, and attached to the international high-end community. The Poly Group, which commissioned the project, aimed to create a residential community with a collegiate style, injecting a humanistic temperament and strengthening the cultural atmosphere of the community.
One of the unique features of the project is its use of traditional building materials such as red brick, which has a rough texture and elegant color. The use of red brick as an important element in the project gives it a collegiate feel, which is further enhanced by the inclusion of a city library-style exhibition area in the sales department. This not only strengthens the cultural atmosphere of the community but also provides a unique selling point for the project.
The project also includes a variety of artworks hidden in all corners of the space, providing viewers with a sense of surprise and creating more imaginative moments. The combination of the library and art exhibition spaces within the sales center breaks the shackles of traditional commercial design, integrating arts, humanities, and commerce in a unique and engaging way.
The project was completed in Foshan in February 2019 and covers an area of 520 square meters. The materials used in the project include red brick, antique floor tile, white artificial stone, refined white jade marble, mechanism paint, and black sandblasted stainless steel finish.
The "Glorious Youth" project is a testament to the Daosheng Design Team's ability to create unique and innovative designs that combine commercial and artistic elements. The project's success is reflected in its winning of a Silver A' Design Award in 2019, which is awarded to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that illustrate outstanding expertise and innovation.
